Programmer Analyst

Job Summary: Job Responsibilities/KRAs:+ Serve as a Techno-Functional IT Team member, responsible for defining, and documenting technical and business requirements, design and development for Syteline ERP system. Responsible for ensuring specifications are complete, comprehensive, technically feasible, in alignment with system capabilities, conform with IT and regulatory standards, and follow consistent documentation practice Production Support and supporting daily operation of the ERP System and Interfacing Applications Troubleshoot and resolve difficult problems relating to software applications and programs. Agility and adaptability to requirement changes with proper communication and responses. As technical liaison, confirms project scoping for IT solutions; communicates effectively to identify options, explain issues, recommend solutions, manage risks, and reduce escalations during project design and delivery Logical thinking and drive to improve quality of work. Provides incident resolution oversight, including first-time-right, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Requirements: Desired Skill, Experience, Qualifications. Must have: 4+ years of Syteline experience, specifically with Syteline/CloudSuite 9.x Experience in multi-Site setup and implementation, including replication rules Relevant experience in creating Syteline-compatible reports in SSRS, and ideally using the new reporting tool in CloudSuite 9.1 Prior experience in TSQL programming, and making stored procedures work with Syteline (Custom Load Methods, multi-site functionality.) Ability to administer SQL 2012 database server. Should be familiar with the Mongoose toolset in updating and designing new Syteline forms Experience with using multiple Syteline modules and ability to train users would be a plus Experience in creating new reports, scripts, form changes etc Good team player and self-motivated to take on challenges along with the team Should have good communication and articulation skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
