We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team.
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks - Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data in HRIS systems such as Ceridian, Paychex, Dayforce, and Paylocity - Coordinate employee training programs and track employee development plans - Assist with workforce management activities, including maintaining employee schedules and tracking attendance - Support HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and affirmative action planning - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries - Help maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations - Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred - 1
years of experience in an HR role or related administrative position - Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as Ceridian, Paychex, Dayforce, or Paylocity - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth within our organization.
