High school graduate or equivalentAt least 2 years experience in a customer service roleMechanical aptitudeStrong Computer skillsProfessional communication skills:
verbal, written, email, phone, face-to-faceAbility to work as part of a team and individually to achieve department and company goalsDedication to providing exceptional customer serviceOutgoing, positive personalitySelf-motivated, willing to go above and beyond to get the job doneStrongly Preferred:
Bilingual English/SpanishKnowledge of Cat SystemsPrevious experience working in a heavy equipment, parts, or industrial Mustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more.
