Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions about the hotel, and handling all reservations (in-person, online, and phone).
The ideal candidate will be a team player, AND above and beyond to help our guests feel welcomed.
Responsibilities:
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
Managing online and phone reservations.
Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Perform basic administrative tasks.
Answer any questions that guests may have.
Informing customers about payment methods and verifying their credit card data.
No previous experience is required, but we welcome past customer service experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
