Rental Equipment Technician/Mechanic Position Requirements:
Must own proper tools to perform necessary repairsHigh school graduate or equivalentPrevious mechanic work or military experienceUnderstanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systemsAbility to demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities to define and perform necessary repairs Additional Experience Strongly Preferred for Rental Equipment Technicians/Mechanics:
Associates degree or certificate from a technical schoolMechanic experience on heavy and light construction equipmentMechanic experience on aerial and man lift equipmentTechnical experience with hydraulic pumps, valves, and motorsWelding experienceRental Equipment Technician/Mechanic levels and compensation rates are determined by skill set, knowledge, and experience.
