We are looking for an individual with the ability to work with little or no supervision and in a team environment.
Good work ethics and willing to step up to a challenge.
Job Details:
Track and schedule work orders.
Create production job logs and labels using Excel.
Distribute and collect production logs once complete.
Enter finished product into inventory (disposition) using IQMS.
File finished production logs and samples for each job.
Data entry for production reports using Excel.
Communicate with customer service and sales regarding orders scheduled.
Coordinate with shipping and receiving regarding finished orders.
General housekeeping.
When needed will help in the plant with production and Shipping Office.
Other job duties as required.
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented and highly organized Strong communication skills Strong Excel skills particularly using spreadsheets, formulas and formats.
Takes initiative - does not wait to be told what to do.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work with minimal to no supervision.
Must be able to multi-task and manage several tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
