Providing exceptional customer service to all customers Ensure all heavy duty parts / industrial parts orders are accurate Assist customers to determine necessary parts information such as parts numbers, quantities, sourcing, freight, timelines, etc.
Assist in all areas of the Parts department as needed Maintain a safe and clean work environment Parts Counter Sales Representative Position Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent At least 2 years experience in a customer service role Mechanical aptitude Strong Computer skills Professional communication skills:
verbal, written, email, phone, face-to-face Ability to work as part of a team and individually to achieve department and company goals Dedication to providing exceptional customer service Outgoing, positive personality Self-motivated, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done Parts Counter Sales Representative Strongly Preferred:
Bilingual English/Spanish Knowledge of Caterpillar Systems/Software Previous experience working in a heavy equipment, parts, or Industrial work environment #mustangcareers Mustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more.
