Intermediates and Derivatives, Refining LyondellBasell Basic Function Responsible for the execution of CUI/CUF/MPP Program utilizing resident and 3rd party contractors.
Roles & Responsibilities Review posted next day schedule at end of each day to know what work will be done going forward.
Visit each work location in North or South Plant throughout the day to ensure schedule compliance, efficiency, no delays, work is progressing and no other work is being performed than what is on schedule.
Coordinator will need to monitor job budgets to ensure work remains within budget constraints.
Ensure JHA and permit are at location and crafts understand job hazards.
Be readily available to meet with Operations over any delays or permit issues.
Continually verify all CVO safety rules and procedures are followed.
Work closely with Contractor Safety Department for continued oversight.
Ensure feedback to schedule is accurate and timely.
As any issues develop, Maintenance Coordinator will meet with appropriate personnel to resolve and develop a path forward.
Coordinator will need to review and learn the CUI/CUF/MPP processes and procedures and learn the execution techniques to acquire knowledge of program.
Coordinator must be able to interface easily with different work groups (OPS, Crafts, Inspection) to keep work progressing and build a positive relationship.
Oversee safe and responsible work execution of all CUI/CUF/MPP Program activities at CVO.
Perform field audits of contractor performance, correcting deficiencies in GoalZERO and work practices.
Approve Service Entries.
Facilitate PO additions in a timely manner.
Facilitate contractor time, material, and damage disputes.
Participate and/or lead in incident investigations.
Review job packages in advance of work being scheduled.
Supports the development of the maintenance schedule and coordinates 3rd party services and resident contractors to ensure manpower requirements are met when work commences.
Assures the permit process is efficient and effective for all contractor work.
Assures the CUI/CUF/MPP Program team is knowledgeable in the policies and procedures to comply with all HSE&S requirements.
Assists in the procurement of materials and contract resources for jobs.
Performs tracking functions to ensure materials and resources are available for job.
Assures rental materials are returned.
Manages work priorities to best fit business needs.
Stops unsafe work and correct unsafe work practices.

Qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 6 year's experience in maintenance execution in the petrochemical industry.
Experience in supervising maintenance crafts or coordination of maintenance contractors.
Must be proficient in computer applications such as SAP and Microsoft's Office Suite products.
