Summary:
Highly motivated self-starter responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas and goals and for the overall sales strategies and results for a major geographic/continental area, region, or country. Responsible for the full sales cycle of F5 Silverline services by effectively turning prospects into satisfied repeat customers through the efficient use of all of F5 Network's direct and major channel partner resources. Use and partner with F5 resources on lead generation, account planning and new account development and/or growing existing accounts. You will effectively sell F5 Silverline Services using technical, interpersonal and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in the services to their needs. Primary
Responsibilities:
Assumes full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process and ensure Salesforceis utilized appropriately and maintained on a regular basis. Develops and delivers sales presentations in-person, via phone, video conferencing and/or webcasts to close sales in a professional and effective manner. Prepare formal proposals and present to all levels of the organization including executive level. Lead negotiations, handle complex decision-making process, overcome obstacles to closure and close sales. Understand business needs of prospective customers in various verticals or markets; effectively sell F5 Silverline's technical, valuable solutions to meet those needs. This includes researching and developing lists of potential customers; identifying and qualifying business opportunities, making regular sales calls to develop relationships and following-up on sales leads. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments and regulations that effect prospective customers. Uses technical sales engineering team to engage with customers, provide technical guidance and establish F5 as a trusted advisor with the customer. Collaborates in sales planning and strategy through research, development and maintenance of long and short-range sales and marketing plans. Partners with marketing team to develop a marketing strategy for lead generation through events as well as the development of specialized marketing materials to demonstrate solution value Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals Develop and maintain communications in a and professional manner with staff and customers The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job. Strong solution selling and presentation abilities, both in-person and remotely High technical aptitude Strong negotiating skills Understanding of F5 Silverline's business and competitors Demonstrates effective use of relationships and resources Strong ability to effectively run time and prioritize workload, develop pipeline and accurately forecast Ability to provide and work from a home office located within the territory Requires specialized knowledge in security services, preferably those of F5 Experience with Internet related software or systems
Qualifications:
Direct work experience in a relevant environment Experience selling technology solutions meaningful to F5 Silverline (DDoS or WAF) Experience working in team sales environment Validated history in generating new business and leading a sales engagement Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a BS/BA or equivalent work experience
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
