Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities Principle contact with customer on data submittals.
Responsible for the scan, imaging, organizing, and maintaining documents.
Creation of final data books and/or files/cds.
Uploading and downloading of information from customer websites.
Management of the final order files.
Scanning of supplier and engineering data for submittal or record keeping.
Maintenance of binders, filing systems, printers and faxes Respond directly to customer requests by providing a multitude of documents including but not limited to product specifications, certifications, continual guarantee Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
Perform other duties as required by management Job Type:
